In his current role, he provides leadership, strategy and decision making for the company’s specialised recruitment, training, hospitality consulting services and warehouse rental projects.

With a career spanning over 5 decades, Mr. Lauly has vast experience in managing and running various manufacturing, engineering and service businesses. He is on the board of directors of several companies and continues to be an active Rotarian, dedicated Freemason and philanthropist.
Mr. Lauly provides technical, financial, administrative and legal guidance to RaYa Ventures.
